Many of the Corporate Cemeteries and Crematorium operators will use high pressure to sell you a Cremation package at a low price.  Their package often includes an expensive Urn to hold the remains, the cremation itself, and maybe even a niche or plot to place the Urn following cremation.  Notice their package does not include the registration of the death, or transportation of the deceased from the place of death to the crematorium.  You might ask "why do they do it this way?"  Frankly, they know you will need those services eventually anyway, and they will eventually sell it to your family through their own funeral home affiliates at very high prices. 

Now we offer those exact services at our everyday low prices to save your family money, and give you the ultimate peace of mind.  Below is a listing of our services at prices that make sense.  Remember, these services are for people who have already prearranged and paid for their cremation with any crematorium or cemetery company.  These offerings are not for folks who wish to start the pre-need planning process.  Our other packages are much more cost effective for those starting the process (see here).

Registration Services- we meet with your family or estate representative to complete the required papers, we formally register the death and obtain all required permits, we arrange for the Coroner to attend and sign the cremation application, we hold the deceased in our facility until ready for cremation.

Transportation Services-we take the deceased into our care and custody from place of death, we place them in a cremation container as required by law, we ultimately deliver them to your selected crematorium once all registration is complete. A small mileage charge will be applied beyond 40kms from Hamilton.

Identification Services- we obtain absolute identification of every deceased placed into our care before cremation is carried out.

Documentation Services-we supply your estate representative with our estate check list, all required death certificates and CPP forms as needed.

Cremation Container- we supply a minimal cremation container to hold the deceased as required by law.
